The hotel is hospitable, beds are exceptionally comfortable, bathroom is spacious. The room is neat and essentials you need, including a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control, is right there.

appreciated our bright and absolutely fabulous rooms, plus the staff was very good. this was a charming hotel with a central location right across the square. and we were near to the train station and the entrance to the walled area of town, central lucca and the city centre. the provided service was helpful.

Comfortable beds and tea/coffee in the functional queen room. Incredible location in Lucca, near restaurants, the city wall, and town centre.- Conveniently located right next to the train station.

Room was fantastic and quiet, the place itself was enchanting. The location was marvellous, adjacent to all within walking distance of a 3 to 5 minute walk, both rail station and walled town, and a quiet square, in a nice area.

This place has a central location across from the square and is conveniently close to the entrance of the walled town area and the historic city center, including the ancient city wall.

Having the hotel right next to the train station was extremely convenient for day trips to Florence. It was just a short walk away, making it easy to catch an early morning train. The staff provided excellent service, assisting with printing train times and offering helpful suggestions. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel also had easy parking options, making it hassle-free for those traveling by car. The only downside was that the shower was a bit small.

Location adjacent to opposite the walled city of Lucca as well as central Lucca.

I loved this extremely convenient and good small hotel and would happily return. Everything there was excellent and the staff were super-friendly! Well-appointed and top quality rooms, the design was traditional.

This place is perfectly located right next to the train station, which is exactly where we wanted to be, and we enjoyed dining at La Taverna da Saverio which is just a short walk away.

The location was comfortable and ideal with proximity to the rail station and walled town. The room was a nice size and had a bathtub.- I had some drinks at the nearby brew pub Mcculloughs Irish Pub, just a 5-minute walk away.

This venue is absolutely charming with very helpful staff who assisted us with our reservation.
